FAQs for Ordering Natural Salt Products:
1. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of SKUs?
- The MOQ for each SKU is not fixed. You can order a Less than Container Load (LCL) container with various SKUs, including Himalayan Edible salt, Lamps candle Holder, cooking salt products, salt inhalers, Detox Massage Stone, and many more.
2. How can I order a product sample?
- We offer free product sampling worldwide. Please email us your requirements from your domain email/official ID to sale@thenaturalsalt.net (terms and conditions apply).
3. What information do I need to share to get a sample?
- To order samples, email us with the following details: Company Name, Contact Name, Designation, Contact Number (Landline/Cell phone with country code), Business Postal Address with zip code.
4. How can I know if my samples are dispatched?
- We share FED-X, UPS, DHL tracking codes for you to check your sampling status.
5. What are the shipping terms?
- Orders are accepted with a 30% advance payment, and the rest is paid upon surrendering the Bill of Lading copy. Price negotiation is possible, with terms including FOB Karachi Port or (CNF) to the nearest seaport of the client premises.
6. What is the shipment tolerance/variance level?
- We work on a (5+/-) tolerance level in terms of weight, value, and quality.
7. What documentation and details do I need to share to confirm my order?
- Share your purchase order (PO) with SKU details, bank details for wire transfer (30% Advance), and Customized Packaging, Branding, and labeling requirements/instructions (if any). Provide further Destination Port details with Landing date, Official Shipping line details (if any), and any special requirements.
8. What do I need to do before cargo and get prepared for arrival?
- Once you get confirmation of a sailing vessel, transfer the remaining 70% due payments.
9. What is DP (Document against Payment)?
- To initiate your order, we require a 30% Advance payment against the purchase order (PO), and the remaining 70% due payment will be wire-transferred once you get confirmation of the vessel sailing from the origin port (Karachi Port). The 100% payment should be made prior to 14 working days landing the vessel at the destination port. In case of late payment, ETA (Estimated time arrival) demurrages will be borne by the buyer/notify party.
10. Can we do Private Labeling?
- Yes, private labeling is available.
11. Can we do DAP Shipment (Destination at Place)?
- Yes, we offer DAP shipment.
12. What is DAP Shipment?
- DAP (Destination at Place) means we handle the shipment to the destination, and you make the payment upon document presentation.
13. Can we make Customize Crafts and Customize design?
- Yes, customization of crafts and designs is possible.
14. Which payment terms can you work with?
- We can work with LC at sight, 30% Advance, 70% DAP (Document against Payment), and 100% TT.
15. What certificates does The Natural Salt Company have?
- FDA-USA Certificate, HACCP, ISO 9001, Kosher, Halal, Organic, BROS, GMP, and Certificate of PMDC.
